Some more recipes ;)

Dishwasher Detergent

 You will need:

2 cups of Borax
2 cups of Baking Soda
4 small packets of sugar free lemonade Kool-Aid (you can also use 4 tablespoons of citric acid--if you can find it)

You will use 2-3 teaspoons per load, 1 on the outside dispenser & 1 or 2 on the inside dispenser.

Dishwasher Tip: To save even more money, replace using jet dry in your rinse aid receptacle by using vinegar instead. Your glasses will sparkle!

Buy all your ingredients at once & for an entire year you will spend about $8.00 on your dishwasher detergent for the whole year.

How to refill your Lysol Soap Dispenser

You will need :

A Drill (if you don’t have one, ask your neighbor or a friend) or a Hot Knife
Tape
Refill Soap

Drill a hole big enough in the plastic to fit your funnel in so you can refill your dispenser. Use whatever soap you like, refill, then tape. It’s that simple. No need to buy the refill or fill up the landfill with the empty refills. Save money & help the planet!

Homemade teeth whitening paste

You will need:

1 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon of Baking Soda

Mix together & brush on your teeth. Let it sit on your teeth for at least 15 minutes but no more than 30 minutes, rinse & brush your teeth with your regular toothpaste

  1. Do you mean sugar-free lemonade packets? Or just lemonade packets with no sugar already added?

  2. As long as there is no sugar added...it's fine, so sugar free or no sugar added will work

  3. Am using this and my dishes feel scummy and a lot of them do not get clean and still have grease. What am I doing wrong?
