Soap Scum Buster

You will need:

 1 empty spray cleaner container (either recycle an old one or you can buy empty ones at the dollar store for $1)

1 9oz. bottle of blue dawn
Vinegar

Take the bottle of dawn & pour into the bottle. Take your vinegar & pour into the empty blue dawn bottle & microwave for 30 seconds. Pour Vinegar into the spray container & shake well. Once it is completed, you can go spray in your tub, or sink, let it sit for about 30 minutes & rinse. Now scrubbing needed J

 

Febreze

You Will Need:

1 cup of fabric softener (You can use your Homemade Fabric Softener from our Blog @ thequeensofqs.blogspot.com from March 13, 2012)

2 cups Distilled water
Your Old Febreze Bottle or any spray bottle

Mix the fabric softener & baking soda together & fill the bottle up with Hot distilled water. You have your own Febreze J

 

Liquid Laundry Soap (GREAT CHRISTMAS GIFT IDEA)

You Will Need:

1 Box Borax
1 Box Arm & Hammer Super Washing Soda
1 Bar of Fels-Naptha Soap

5-gallon bucket with lid

*OPTIONAL:  Essential Oil Drops for fragrance

*Grate the entire bar of the Fels-Naptha soap.
*Put in a pot with 4 cups of hot water.  Stir continuously over medium-low heat until all of the soap flakes have dissolved and melted (about 10 minutes).
*It should be slightly foamy with no “chunks” or flakes to be found.
*Fill a 5-gallon bucket half-full of hot water.
*Pour in the soap mixture.  Add 1 cup of Arm & Hammer Washing Soda and 1/2 cup Borax.  Stir.
*Fill the rest of the 5-gallon bucket with water until it is full.  Stir again.
*Cover and let it sit overnight.
*When you open the top up the next day, it should have gelled and thickened slightly.  Stir again.
